He has helped organizations address various challenges related to audit, strategy, organization design, operations, and customer experience. Varun is an expert in providing advice to companies on risk and regulation-related topics such as capital management, enterprise risk management, compliance, and cybersecurity. He has also assisted several firms in the banking, insurance, and public sectors in integrating automation, analytics, and digitalization into their critical business processes.
Vivek Gulati
Managing partner
Vivek brings over 10 years of global operating experience leading successful transformations across audit and risk functions for various organizations including insurance, investment banking, asset management, operations, and technology/cybersecurity. Vivek specializes in internal audit, enterprise-wide risk management, corporate governance, and operations/business process design and improvement. His expertise includes leveraging data analytics and robotics technologies to build audit products, drive efficiency, and reduce operating costs.
Rahul Bhalla

Rahul, is an experienced professional with over 11 years of expertise as a Middleware Full Stack Engineer and DevSecOps Architect across the insurance, finance, and pharmaceuticals industries. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications in 2008 and later obtained his Master’s degree in Business & Finance in 2011. Rahul has worked for several prominent companies, including Unisys, Moody’s, Insurance Company of the West (ICW), and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. He specializes in AWS and Azure cloud transformation as well as IT and automation based transformations. He is also proficient in tools like Jenkins, GIT, Code Commit, and Ansible.
Aman Sharma
Managing partner
Aman has over 12 years of experience in client server, middleware, cloud and DevOps technologies. He has supported multiple clients from financial, logistics, telecom and IT sector. He has extensive experience setting up robust IT systems and platforms based across multiple domains and geographical locations using AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and various configuration management tools. Aman has worked for companies such as JP Morgan, Dynamex and Verizon. He has a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
